The single-story, multi-user center will have a total floor area of approximately 14,500 square meters (4,400 tsubo). Its strategic location near the New Chitose Airport Interchange provides connectivity just six minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from leading semiconductor R&D and manufacturing facilities, enhancing domestic and international access.
Sustainable features include renewable energy use, rainwater harvesting, and LED lighting with motion sensors. The facility is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.
