The robot is designed to operate out-of-the-box: users simply place it on a property and turn it on. Verdie is slated for customer deployment in Q2 2024.
CEO Nag Murty emphasized that Verdie is the first AI robot for trimming and edging in landscaping, and that the company is building an "RL factory" to train autonomous agents for sustainable outdoor work. Electric Sheep acquires traditional service providers and integrates its technology, reporting 8x revenue growth and a pipeline for 10x growth in 2024.
